Holm Studio trainers, instructors and front desk staff are all here to make your experience one that keeps you coming back.

Josh Holm My Mission is to cause people to be living in bodies they love, so that they go into the world with confidence, vigor, and strength fulfilling their dreams. After years of working in large fitness clubs, small private health clubs and training client’s in their own homes and outdoors I finally fulfilled my dream of opening my own personal training studio in September of 2009. I have been a full time personal trainer since 2002, training and educating others on fitness throughout Northern California and Illinois. I have many advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Weight Loss, Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise (poor posture, problem knees, joints, etc...), Pre-Natal, training Youth and training Seniors. Find out more on how these specializations can help you... I live locally in St. Charles with my wife, Michelle (who you will see most days at the studio) our 14 year old son, George and 7 year old daughter, Hagen.

Dawn B. Dawn is a life-long fitness enthusiast committed to a very active and healthy lifestyle. Particularly loves spending time outdoors practicing Yoga and Pilates in the Wisconsin Northwoods at her cabin. Dawn’s passion for Yoga began over 12 years ago. All of her extensive trainings are through YogaFit Corporation. While Yoga inspired me, it was only natural that Pilates fell right into place with both complimenting each other. She currently holds several certifications in Mat Pilates, Ballet Barre and Group Exercise Fitness. Dawn loves to inspire and influence people in a nurturing environment where they are encouraged to gently challenge themselves and develop a strong practice and love of Yoga. She gets so much joy seeing how it makes people come alive, happy and conscious. Dawn regularly teaches Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga and dynamic Hatha for all skill levels.

Dan S. It was 2004 when Dan took his first yoga class. He has memories of panting in downward facing dog and falling dead asleep in savasana. Things have improved since that first class. The lion’s share of improvement began April 2010 when Dan was guided on his journey of a daily yoga practice; a practice that quickly evolved into yoga teacher training. In September 2010, Dan began his 200-hour yoga teacher certification program with Yoga Gyan Jyoti. Dan received his 200 RYT certification in May 2011, and is a graduate of BhaktImmersion 2013. In addition to his yoga teacher certification, Dan also has studied with Lilias Folan, Seane Corn, Cyndi Lee, Gabriel Halpern, Daren Friesen, Micheline Berry, Les Leventhal, Saul David Raye, and Quinn Kearney. Dan’s teaching style is based upon hatha yoga with a focus on alignment, breath, and consciousness. Dan also is a Reiki energy worker and consummate musician.
