Along with our group fitness and massage services, Holm Studio Personal Training offers individual and partner personal training. Holm Studio also offers private small group sessions with our personal trainers (up to 4 participants).
As personal trainers, we specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (helping poor posture, problem knees, shoulders and other joints, post-rehabilitation training, etc...), and Core and Functional Strength Training. Holm Studio Personal Training also trains special populations, including Pre-Natal, Youth, Senior, and even people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.
Owner Josh Holm and personal trainers Michelle Bishop, Erin Hester, Kate Nightlinger, Lee Joyce, Tracie Weil and Paige McBride have over 80 years of combined experience in personal training and are all certified thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine or American Council of Exercise as specialists. We use our personal training knowledge to create individualized program design through an in-depth assessment process that includes goal-setting, postural assessment, gait analysis and medical & exercise history.
